Job Scope
We are seeking a Head of Programmatic to lead and grow the programmatic function within W Group and Hypermedia. This role will be responsible for driving programmatic strategy and execution across Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising, ensuring the adoption and integration of programmatic solutions across internal teams, agency partners, and clients. You will act as a technical authority and thought leader, directly supporting the sales function, enabling the commercial teams to understand, sell, and apply programmatic advertising principles.
As a central figure in our programmatic journey, you will work closely with the Sales VP and Head of Sales and the wider Hypermedia sales team, guiding them on how to position programmatic as a value-added solution. Your role will bridge the gap between media, data, and technology by embedding the knowledge of the online and tech ecosystem into the DOOH space.
