Job Scope
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to support and execute social media activities for W Group Holding and its entities, including Hypermedia and DXTA. This role will focus on content creation, scheduling, community management, paid social execution, and client-facing social media promotions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and experienced in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
Role Requirements
Social Media Execution for W Group & Entities
  • Develop & implement the social media content calendar aligned with W Group Holding and its entities strategies.
  • Work closely with the creative team (designers, videographers) to create engaging social media content (text, images, videos, and infographics).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ensuring posts are scheduled and published on time.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest adjustments when needed.
  • Support in creating reports with insights on post-performance, audience engagement, and ad results.
  • Assist in gathering market insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and digital marketing innovations.
Client-Facing Social Media Support
  • Assist in executing social media promotional campaigns for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
Required Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, social media trends, and audience engagement.
  • Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads (a plus).
  • Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and generate performance reports.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, DOOH advertising, and client campaign management (a plus).
